Our Approach

Our Approach & Creative Process

Our creative process

Each and everyday, we aim to help our clients establish their brands and are continually expanding our capabilities. We are here to provide you with the right support and advice to achieve your business goals.

We look forward to working with you!

Step 1

Discovery

Every project from printing to design starts with a project brief. We learn about your goals and any specific project requirements you have.

Step 2

Estimate

Once we review all of your project details, we will provide you with an estimate. Once we receive approval and a 50% deposit, we begin your project!

Step 3

Design

After you complete our creative brief, our team will meet to establish timelines, begin research and strategize different ideas to reach your goals. In order for us to achieve the highest success for your project, all content must be submitted prior to commencing any work on your project. This includes:

Content

High resolution images

Vector formats of logo (if you have an existing brand marketing materials)

Contact information

And any additional information that will be helpful

Your dedicated Account Manager will be in touch with the timeline for your first round proof. Once you receive your proof, take a moment to review and outline any changes or feedback that you have (all feedback can be recorded in our Online Proofing System). If everything looks great, click the Approval button and we will be notified right away!

Step 4

Print

When it comes to printing, what you see on screen is often not what you get from the printer. Every computer screen is different and displays color differently. If you would like to see a printed proof prior to running your full print job, we would be happy to do that! Just ask.

If you are supplying us with design files for printing, we have prepared a checklist that covers everything you need to finalize your file for print.

Proof-read Everything

Confirm Image Size and Resolutions (should be saved at 300 DPI or more, 600 DPI for photos)

The pdf should be 0.25” larger than the trim size (0.125” bleed on all sides). This allows us to cut your product to size without white edges.

Submit high resolution pdf files

Confirm quantity, stock, timeline, size & finishing details

Step 5

Digital

Once we receive your completed project brief, the work begins! We will schedule a kick-off meeting with our digital team, complete our research and develop a strategic plan. This includes digital assets, content creation, ad placement, scheduling, analytics & reporting. We will keep you up to date every step of the way.

Step 6

Completion

You have a dedicated Account Manager for every project with Elite. Once your project is complete, we will be in touch on completion details.
