Why do you need a custom property flyer design?
Single or double sided – Flyers are a great tool for promoting an open house, a new listing, a recently sold property, your services, or an event.

Bleed – If you want your design to reach the edge of the printed page (no white margin), the digital file must include ¼” bleed on all four sides of your design.
Resolution – 300 dpi resolution or higher. 600 dpi for images
Fonts – Outline your fonts to avoid font changes from computer to computer. Font size should be 8 points or more for people to read it on print.

Timeline
Feature Sheet Printing: 3 business days from receipt of print ready artwork.  We do offer rush feature sheet printing and delivery upon request.

Proofs
If you require a printed proof, please request this in your order description.  Each printed proof is $15 per and will be collected at the time of proof review.

Our Design Process
Step 1 – Discovery
Every project from printing to design starts with a project brief. We learn about your goals and any specific project requirements you have.

Step 2 – Design (If required)
After you complete our creative brief, our team will meet to establish timelines, begin research and strategize different ideas to reach your goals.

Step 3 – Flyer Design Presentation
Your dedicated Account Manager will be in touch with the timeline for your first round proof. Once you receive your proof, take a moment to review and outline any changes or feedback that you have (all feedback can be recorded in our Online Proofing System). If everything looks great, click the Approval button and we will be notified right away!

Step 4 – Print & Digital
We will consult with you to decide on the next step we take with your brand.  Whether that be a new business card design, brochure, social media assets or anything in between – we have you covered.

In order for us to achieve the highest success for your project, all content must be submitted prior to commencing any work on your project. This includes:
• Content
• High resolution images
• Vector formats of logo (if you have an existing brand marketing materials)
• Contact information
• And any additional information that will be helpful

Proofs
Our Flyer Design Package includes one proof, two revisions and print file format transfer.
